Our Story
For over 30 years, our story has been built on hard work, family, and a passion for food. It all began with my dad, who, long before I was born, started selling fresh seafood from his truck on the streets. With each plate he served, he poured his heart into creating flavors that brought people together. Through countless challenges, he never gave up. From that humble seafood truck, he built a lunch truck, and step by step, his dream expanded. Today, we are proud to serve you at Encanto Mestizo, along with three other locations, each one a tribute to his vision. My dad is not just a chef, he’s a family man who built this legacy with every sacrifice, every long night, and every dream. This is more than a restaurant, it’s a testament to a father’s love and determination.
